Cloud mining can make little profits. The risk about cloud mining is, that it is like mining on own hardware oriented on longterm profits, but most "cloud mining services" are scam and disappear, before you reach your ROI. In this case you can hope, to get the issue solved. Don't know how long you are alteady waiting. Take the advices of preposters and be aware that bitcoin transfers can take time.

Friend, minergate is not a scam. I always mine with minergate and I withdraw the coins without any problem to my wallet from their site. But I don't know about changelly because I haven't used it. I always use poloniex for exchanging any altcoins. I think its better to contact their support team and discuss the issue with them. Hope you will get your coins. All the best.

As far as I saw while I searched on google about them, they are not a scam. Maybe it will took longer but I hope your problem it will be solved.

As a fact people are waiting months on poloniex to solve their problems

This. I use their software for CPU mining for over a year already. Haven't had any problems so far.

4 days to respond and you are calling them a scam? You better not try cex.io then. Took them 4 months to accept my incoming ETH transaction.

Note that their instant exchange service: Changelly.Com is having a lot of scam accusations . I was also a minergate miner a year ago but I left mining then but since then part of payout of coins that I mined never confirmed :/.

Also better to get a rental rather than buying cloud just like previous guy said. Cloud hashing power is just a thing to hide a scam. Mining returns are never stable , I guess a beginner should always learn that.

As at 20/5/17 their service is very poor. Despite its "Smart" Mining feature, their mining software is terribly inefficient.

Prohashing.com is far better. It can be more difficult to configure, but once you learn its far far far better than Minergate. Prohashing also has smart mining that chooses the most profitable coins, and they pay you out in any coin you want (as long as its an X11 or Scrypt coin, such as Litecoin and Doge).

Their website lacks security, and accounts are continually hacked (2 Factor Authentication MUST be enabled or you can kiss your coins goodbye). Despite how much of a problem this is, they don't really warn new people about it.

Their chatroom is absurdly slow and barebone, and they will ban people for talking about other pools or mining services positively. They are paranoid.

They are often slow to respond to support tickets. Their chatroom is often full of people asking what their withdrawals are still pending. If you use a wallet, or a good exchange, you know how fast crypto transactions can be, yet Minergate's withdrawals can take DAYS or even an entire week.

They offer cloud mining, but why bother? Nicehash and Genesis are much better.

Many people suspect them of being tied to the sh*tcoins like Bytecoin and its friends. Google Bytecoin scam to learn why that coin is to be avoided. The fact that its value went up recently doesnt make it a good coin.

I recommend Prohashing as a far better alternative. If you need help getting started mining there, just ask on the forums.

Also, if youre happy just being paid in Bitcoin, Nicehash's miner is really easy to use.

My withdrawal didn’t come. What to do?

If you sent your money to a wallet or to an exchange account, but it didn’t reach destination, please check where the problem might be first:

Go to your Withdrawal history and click Info in the right column.
Click on the Transaction hash of the withdrawal you want to check. You will be redirected to the page containing information about your transaction.
Check the status of your transaction.
If you see that the transaction is confirmed, it means that it has been added to the blockchain and the money has left MinerGate correctly. In case it’s not credited to your destination account or wallet, you should contact the support team of the receiving party and provide them with the required information or update your crypto wallet to the latest version.

If the transaction is not confirmed, you should contact our support team so we can refund your MinerGate account. When asking for a refund, please make sure that you include the hash of transaction that needs to be refunded and mention your MinerGate account email.

the amount is actually not that important. I just wanted to try cloud mining with small amount. But it's very bad thing to drag lots and lots of time for just 0.01 withdraw.

People is using this site to mine. They are spending lots of money to hardware and electric. They should know that maybe they won't send it, or will send it days - weeks later.

I used to mine with Minergate and the company always seemed to be a reputable one, I think they even own the Changelly service which is pretty popular. I'd doubt they'd be scamming you with something like this, maybe they're just like the many other crypto companies right now that are bogged down in support tickets and are just being able to catch up now. I would think they're one of the many companies that are understaffed.

So I wouldn't think they're scam yet (thought with the past with cloudmining companies I would think that it's a high possibility) so maybe with opening them up to a public medium like this it'll force a response out of the company OR the right person will see it.

Last month, i purchased cloud mining contract from them. I paid 0.1 btc.

at 16.06 mined btc reached 0.01 btc which is lowest amount for withdraw. I withdrawed it and they are still proccessing.

i asked support two times but they didn't even answer. ticket numbers are: 35578, 36087

Unfortunate to hear your story, but it is nothing new for people being lured in the 'no work' 'quick rich' mining schemes, most of which turn out to be scams or ponzi schemes in disguise. Lesson learnt, I would advice not to invest in something on which you have no control. You buy the hash power, they do all the hard work for you, you get paid, is something just to entice you to spend your money for them to rob.
