In Nevada we have really high uptime if this is what you are asking. Its cold there anyway. We are in Mountains.
So all miners that we host are 97-99% uptime and if they are down we prorate the invoice for downtime.

Could be a good deal. Are you able to add more information for the miners like run time (months/weeks used), and price for each model. Even just a range depending on how many are up for sale. You may also want to include a snippit about your hosting fees, it could encourage people to extend the contracts. Good luck with the sale.
