the price of the minexcoin are now in the bad and cheap price it doesn't reach the minimum ico of it. i mean the price of the ico. well hopefully the price of the minexcoin will be increase and also it will be listed in some good exchangers.

so you mean the daily and weekly rates for parking has been reduced? but why? is this something to do with the demands of the members because many people already want to park MNX?
This is the MinexBank algorithm at work. As MinexBank Memorandum states: First three months from November 1, 2017, will be the period of creation and development of the MNX exchange market. The market will be formed in stages due to different terms of trades launching on various exchanges. In addition, there will be a process of testing and debugging the algorithm of Minexbank's operation in real conditions (the development of a database and response tools). Therefore, deviations from the real macroeconomic parameters declared in the Memorandum are possible in first three months.

but is the new rate will be the final rate? or will it be possible to change again? i mean is there still a chance to have the new rate be decreased?
like for instance for the daily parks, the new rate is .46%, will it be decrease?

So here is what I did just in case someone else has the problem. I opened the minexcoin file and deleted everything but the wallet.dat file. I then downloaded the the zip file and ran the minexqt.exe file. The wallet opened, synced, and my coins where in the wallet.
