Because there are many who have not received theirs who have been waiting forever to get them to their wallets.
I would like to instal minexcoin wallet on a PC running windows 32 bit OS and downloaded the proper .zip file from minexcoin site but I have a doubt: inside the zip file I found four files:
1) minexcoin-cli.exe
2) minexcoin-qt.exe
3) minexcoin-tx.exe
4) minexcoind.exe
Which one should I install, and what's the difference between each other?

We will be listed on exchange in few weeks after MinexBank's release (Aug 9, 2017), and we are planning to be listed on Bittrex and other exchanges (YoBit, Livecoin, C-Cex).
So, we are working on this and we do all to will be launched on exchange as soon as posible.

When your parking is completed,you will receive your percents strictly after week, not earlier.
If you cancel parking before the week is finished, you will not get any percents.

yes we already have an mining pool but still we don't have any exchanger how can we exchange token that we mined if we have no exchanger doesn't make sense. still i will support this campaign

but pool sent me only 2.91 mnx,pool stats paid 4.24 mnx.
why not sent 1.33 mnx?
