This stage of ICO is based on the principle of crowdsdale. 150 000 Minexcoins will be divided among all participants in proportion to the volume of their investments, taking into account bonuses. For example, if you invested 1BTC today, then you will be credited with coins at the rate of 1.25 BTC. So today there is still a 25% bonus

You are right this is the second stage of the ICO. Pre-ICO we held in September-December 2016 and received sufficient funding for the project. Now there is a stage at which investors determine the price of a coin before going to the stock exchanges.

I was just about to invest in another project because they have a bank now.
