Temhuk said that Visa/Mastercard can ban only direct crypto related card.That is so far from truth. The VISA/Mastercard ban will hit any company that does not declare their crypto interests before applying to be a partner and any company which does not have a strong base behind it. The Republia/Minex scammers know this but they continue to lie.

Process of card issuing was started in the beginning of 2018 so they had enough time to finish everything. I think you need to visit MNX office and many of your questions and worries will be sorted out.
And one more thing, Mastercard or Visa can't know which card will be used for crypto and which not, because like it was said many times before, MNX cards don't have direct connection to the crypto.

MC or Visa can ban card only if it have direct connection to the crypto. But as you know it is some services which providing cards locally in some countries in Europe for example and that is 100% legal. But nobody can do that for all world. MNX will sort that issue after end of public test.
P.s. all regulatory things was started long time ago. MNX CEO did huge job while some people here was busy with FUD about Novarise.

Your researches is not penny worth because MNX have nothing to hide. Everything is in the official new. As well like they can connect to the Minexpay any card in the word.

Card cant be both VISA and Mastercard. Minex in theirs statement explicitly said they are testing Privat Bank Mastercard euro card.No mention about VISA at all.

Minex can test theirs application with bank cards ,but to get valid ,branded card with its logo ,they will have to fill request for sub-issueing,accomplish all neccessary regulatory things and Mastercard terms.It is not an easy task to accomplish.Much more serious companies which issued crypto related cards needed 8-10 months for that.

You can choose which card you want Visa or Mastercard it does not matter they have both. Test cards will be liked to Minexpay account and topped up. That is NOT crypto card. They don't need to get any licenses for that. Simply understand, your researches are useless because cards are working and anyone can get test card if MNX office now. If you can't trust in facts please go away.

As I said before - it is true that Minex does not need license for company cards. But if Minex want to issue cards to their customers it will need valid,branded cards and contract about sub-issueing and to pass through all necessary procedures and regulations.
