That's a good chance to buy more cheap coins when bitcoin is crashing hard and some investors want to get fiat for Christmas and New year coming so they sold it off and maybe they are people who bought bitcoins under the price 10,000$ before then they did not take care of the price .

I still think the interest rate is too high, 70% in a year, for doing what, that is just not sustainable, it is just like all these banks print money out of thin air. I like Minexcoin experiment but I think they need to look into their project very well and stop listening to noise
The interest rate for a year is much less than monthly or weekly parking. Hold for one year is a long-term contract, and there you need to have more patience, especially if price bump and you have four months until end of parking time. I am very curious how much people using 70% yearly interest rate.
Now is monthly parking is the most cost-effective, i guess that holder will go to this choice.

Hello!Don't worry, all interest rates are well calculated and considered. MinexBank algorithms are still being tested, it's a part of plan, not an experiment.

What is it that you get a 70% yearly interest rate for? Where does that money come from and who is going to pay what to whom?

It's like a deposit in similar bank, but your coins are staying in your wallet and you can cancel parking whenewher you want ( but you won't get interest ). Actually, MinexBank gives you ability to hold coins in your wallet for some interest, which depends on parking time.
The initial reserve is formed by premining 1,500,000 coins. Once there are more MinexCoins
on the market due to additional issuance (miner work rewards), the reserve will have to be
replenished and eventually expanded. The growth will be ensured by the progressive percentage
of payments to MinexBank for each block solved by miners.
Blocks 1 - 900 001 = 20%
Blocks 900 001 - 1 800 000 = 30%
Blocks 1 800 001 - 2 700 000 = 40%
Blocks 2 700 001 - 3 600 000 = 50%
Blocks 3 600 001 - 4 500 000 = 60%
Since block 4 500 001 = 70%
The bank takes the commission both from the awards of the miner and from his commission for
transactions. After completion of the issuance of coins, the commission will be 70% only from the
transaction commission.
