Whats the reason behind the very long time to get the coins from the ICO website to own wallet. Support says 24 hours, but time just keep on runing without any response?
This worries me.

ICO withdrawals are only processed in weekdays (not weekends) and only after you respond to confirmation email from our [email protected].
This was implemented to make sure that you are the owner of the ICO account.

Maybe this case due ethereum network begin delay the transfer the ethereum and tokens under ethereum platform nowadays.
haha, What are you talking about?
Minexcoin is a coin with its own blockchain, not a token deployed on the Ethereum platform. Therefore, it is not an issue of the affair.

A thief may put malware into e-mails. Do not open suspicious emails, you should be wary of attached files.
There is also the possibility of letting the link click and infect malware via the web browser.

Yes, you are correct, it is a simple computer security measures - never click unknown or suspicious links, never open any zip files you were not expecting, etc. You better ask twice.

Dear Community,

We have received information from one of our participant about the email he received from [email protected] encouraging him to follow a link to reset his passphrase.
Note that if you encrypt the wallet, you can only change your passphrase inside the wallet.
Passphrase deals with your wallet encryption and it is strongly recommended to keep it secret.
MinexCoin team would never send you such email, would never ask you to send them your private key, etc.
Our support email is [email protected]
So if you see any suspicious email you better let us know and ask then find your wallet empty later.

But only with the passphrase is possible steal the money? Is not necessary also get the wallet.bak ?

With only one GPU not so much. Better to buy coins at market and do parking. You can ask questions about mining here https://web.telegram.org/#/im?p=@mxpool

So why they request to reset the passphrase if it’s useless without the wallet.dat ?

Most probably in hope that some unexperienced user will click the link and provide them with some useful information.

It is possible if someone gets your wallet.dat file or private keys. But if the wallet is encrypted they will not be able to do it even with those if they do not know your passphrase.

So why they request to reset the passphrase if it’s useless without the wallet.dat ?
Maybe they want to ask to send wallet.dat file later? Someone need to be really stupid to provide passwords from their wallets to someone else.
