current 5.9% weekly interest is huge, it equals 17.5X in a year. (1.059^50 > 17.5).
so if it continue for a year will result in huge inflation.
now you could get 67% interest by 9 week if reparck it each week.

Interest rates change from time to time. The attractive interest rate we enjoy today was due to some selling pressure from the bounty hunters. But when the price stabilize, the interest rate will also stabilize.

It could go that high if there were just exchange like binance where big investors are waiting. The more users who will try to trade the coin bid are going to increase higher for it.
