its normal i think price under ico come from bounty token who sold hurry (bad idea)
if you still hold your token like me, my advice just hold and wait bounty token run out im sure after that MNX price will moon

The bounties were released months ago. The announced to make a request to withdraw from the bounty portal in August. You would need to login and make a request to withdraw your bounty to your wallet address.
