The volume of Minexcoin trading on Livecoin is very low, It's not helping to build the market of market, This project promise a low volatility feature during the ICO and now It's price is below more than 50% of the ICO price. Minex need a big exchange like Bittrex, Polo or Binance to have a huge trading volume and I think Livecoin exchange doesn't have much trader to give a decent average trading volume daily.
