Hello!First of all, you should withdrawal your MNX from ICO account to any of your addresses, and then link it to MinexBank.
If you have already done this, you should try "refresh" button in MinexBank.

I feel that November 1 will be a hot day in livecoin. I'll catch minex at a low price.
