answer for first question is: Nothing. There is no limits for parkings. 1 person will be in bank or 100k it is no difference.answer for second question is: No. Even on dead coins a lot of people holding them, but here is 100% live coin plus huge project.

If u want to mine it on your latop, just open the minexcoin wallet and go to help -> console and write the command there to start mining, it is as easy as following a youtube tutorial.
