I don't know why people came into conclusion they scammed the people but we need to wait what updates are they going to give us. Due to many people are thinking in wrong way even i can agree they did that wrong in which they are not actively developing what they mentioned in the road map.

Second rule of investment in ICOs is - whitepaper is just a paper and nothing more.

Third rule - absolutely never pay in advance for some murky promises,because there are 98% of chance that you will be very sorry.

I don't think they wanted to scam us in the first place, but time is running out and they are trying to do whatever they can to save the project from complete debacle. On the other hand they are very unprofessional.
But I still think they are not scammers. The reason behind not refunding cards is probably because they need money, or maybe they think that cards will be launched soon so just wait a bit more. I don't know, it's very scummy anyway. But instead of shouting SCAM SCAM SCAM it's better to sit down and think a bit.

Another thing is that I'm very sorry for people who lost a lot of money here, BUT, did anyone told you to invest something that you are not prepared to lose? You go in some gambling place, you see some crazy numbers around you, like 3m $ jackpot. And you go all in, lose everything, and will you shout SCAM SCAM SCAM? You should try but you will be kicked out and banned.

So yeah, they lied to us, they are unprofessional, underdelivering, overpromising, scummy, their English is just as bad as their products, but I still don't think that they wanted to scam anybody. They are now deep in trouble, and Boris regreted the moment he started this project probably. BUT, it was you who decided to put money in. The first and only rule of investment is to not invest something you cannot afford to lose. End of story.

TemHuK is one of the main people that helped to expose this scam actually with all his pump and dump statements.

All his outlandish claims gave people reason to dig further and expose the obvious lies and short-comings of the Minex Team.

If the Team had any sense, they would tell TeMHuk to stop posting bullshit and instead get a proper social media person to deal with everything.

TemHuk is just being a complete and utter liability and if he's not even on the team, he should not even be posting all this crap.

It's only hurting Minex and Republia.

Chain2Pay is Borys company number 2, registered in Estonia.

The way the scam was set up was like this:

They claim they used a 3rd company Novarise Secrecy UK (a scam company) to "talk" to a bank and agree to getting Mastercard. According to them the deal would be between Novarise Secrecy and Chain2Pay.

They then claimed Chain2Pay would then have a deal with Minexsystems.

They then claimed Minexsystems would allow Minexpay to have cards.

All this mess created by unprofessional, inexperienced fools running Minexcoins/Minexpay/Minexsystem

Right this here is same thing that I dont understand. Is that Chain2Pay, which was registered on Boris, intermediary or is there some anonymous 3rd party that for some reason still is anonymous?!

This is valid point. How can TemHuk claim in front of Minexsystem that coins will be fully refunded when they say that only 80% will be. Is Temhuk their real representative or just shiller?

When are they refunding the people who ordered this non-existent card?

Their new partners will be called "Chain2Pay2" which is a subsidiary of "Chain2Pay" and they will liaise with "Novarise Secrecy 2" to obtain cards for "MinexSystems" who will try to get them for "MinexPay" so that "MinexCoins" can be used to buy the cards.

There are no new partners, this is a scam. Simple.

If the team behind MinexSystems wants to make a fresh start and want us to consider allowing them back in to the community, then they must do the following:

1) Clearly explain what its relationship is with both Temhuk and Racquemis1

2) Make an announcement it is distancing itself from both these fools and that these fools do not represent Minex

They found new partners. Who ever. They prefer not to name any more, so no one can research.
And the part about transparency and honesty means that they already have a plan.

=> They will say that they tried everything but could not reach the goal. And it is not their fault but the legal situation that unfortunately makes it impossible for them to release the cards.

No scam bruh..
They are already doing a good business. I can understand the hiccups involved with banks but they did not tried to scam.

There are two options summarized.
1. They try to scam and do so in a very stupid way.
2. They are just too stupid and too naive to keep their promises.
