Friend they are not Scammers but they are really slow.
If they continue like this then coinexchange is the first and last exchange for them till NOV 2017.
What I have understanding from my other projects that keep money in one hand and speed in another and you are good to go.
Just see OMG and ADA , just when finished ICO tey have sent influencial people to negotiate and they paid huge lum sum and get listed.

Poloniex take 12 BTC and Bittrex is on influence and if you really fast pay them 18 BTC and you are there next day.

I am jason Hudne, its true. But what the guy is saying is rubbish and non verifiable. If it was verifiable then i would have a negative rating from trusted members.

What i think is that Money is not a problem for them but i guess they follow vertical hierarchy system in which subordinate staffs have to take permission to apply and make payments and after the senior says ok or when he is satisfied then things are processed.

Today Google and Apple follow Horizontal hierarchy in which staff has authority to make certain decisions like in this scenario.
Moreover I think their CMO is female who is much shy to talk.

Team is not Slow, they are terrific in communication, even if you help them they will keep listening and wont reply you even once until you ring them on whatsApp, even on that they will cut the call? Who is helping whom?  

They should have send to me CTO who had knowledge of the code but they sent some F who is from Marketing, how marketing people will make understand the exchange developer the code, I had to explain the exchange dev all what i know. At last when thing got clear and then they asked to send then some donation and they told to email them as if i was not playing a trap. The exchange people also emailed them with their official exchange email address still they are taking time. When 2 BTc is taking too much time for you then how you will go on poloniex which takes 12 BTc donation??
I had plann to take MNX to ANX International and Chinese exchanges but with this pace...daamn man, my rep will be in danger.
Its the exchange address where they need to send the donation but you people see they havent still sent them money even after the exchange people have sent them email from official handler, so who need to be blamed.

personally i have influences in Exchanges because i am myself a developer ( www.ethereumdeveloper.pro ). But if team is like this them people like me will not stake my Rep for them, instead Mr Borris should had negotiated with me rather than sending some CMO, who is shy to talk.
