We understand your disappointment, however, we didn't delay payouts for ICO and bounty, these were slow due to double-checking to avoid mistakes and cheating to the system. So we are not going to delay the test reward distribution.

They have definitely missed deadlines and support seemed to lack at times but despite all this they are getting past it.
They've been very active replying to questions users/investors might have and they've been delivering, slowly, but they have. And to be honest, investors should be on it for the long-term.
Lets give them time to create their product and when it comes out you'll have the desired profit. Otherwise, you're merely asking them to deliver a non-finished product and you'll end up losing money.
