Give it up, it's too much effort..

lol, finding that out. Was trying to do something fun, but oh well. I will give it a few more minutes for this escrow to respond.

There is lots of questions

1. What is my number ?
2. How you pick the winner ?
3. Unique number of each player ?

Please answer...

Yes, I did state it:

A coded "hat" that will generate a random number. And if you order 7 tickets, your number will be from 1-7. And if another person orders 4, their number will be 8-11. So the number will be between 1-11.

If you have any other ideas, let me know.

Still trying to find an escrow...

Not provably fair, how will you pick the winner?
Can you escrow them?

I was going to put the tickets into a hat, and draw them. Or create a small program in C++ to calculate it. I will hunt around for an escrow to do this, and I will ask him him fee.

A hat ? Seriously ? What about transparency ?

A coded "hat" that will generate a random number. And if you order 7 tickets, your number will be from 1-7. And if another person orders 4, their number will be 8-11. So the number will be between 1-11.

How would you convince a better that his odds are right ?  How would you pull this off when you have a coded app on your pc and i'm sitting in front of my pc ?

Well, the number is randomly generated. I am looking for an escrow to do this drawing, but I can't find one yet.

You need that escrow to also verify the code is legit.

Yes. If I can't find an escrow I will close this thread.

Restarting it, we will see what happens. I am not going to add escrow as this is such a small amount. If this starts getting bigger I will find an escrow.

Okay, just an idea!

Send .001 to the address at the bottom of this post for one ticket. You can "purchase" more than one ticket. At the end of this time period, a name will be drawn from the tickets entered. They will receive 100% of the BTC. The names will be drawn randomly by a program  I created, with you chances increasing per ticket. see below for more details.

This will last for 3 days, until 2/28/15 12 PM EST.

Let go!

The concept works like this:

A coded "hat" that will generate a random number. And if you order 7 tickets, your number will be from 1-7. And if another person orders 4, their number will be 8-11. So the number will be between 1-11. If it is from 1-7, it goes to you, if it is from 8-11, it goes to the other person.
