if you want to get your payment into your btc address than you will not get the bonus amount and you will get only 0.004 Btc/week,
from your moneypot account you can get withdraw instantly as i am using moneypot wallet without any issue.

You will pay 0.004+0.002 = 0.006Btc per week to moneypot member, these rate are looking attractive moneypot member with low post requirement, i think so escrow funds would be helpful or Ryan post here about your proof of funds at moneypot than it will be more attractive for many members to join this.

We are willing to use escrow, but really find no need.
If there are other users who would want escrow then we will
opt to use one.

Escrow must be called by the users, we will pay the escrow fees.

We're not that big (We are minidice of course), so it's all
we can manage for now
