Is it real to mine on laptop for example?
can i earn some now trough one of the pool's?

Short answer: No

Medium answer: A laptop's CPU and/or mobile GPU are not nearly powerful enough for mining Bitcoin, and rarely worth the bother mining altcoins.

Longer answer: Though you can still use them for mining Bitcoin, you'll probably spend more in electricity costs, maintenance, etc. than you ever make back.  This situation may or may not be true for altcoins, but keep in mind that compared to people who use desktop GPUs and people who use multiple cards, you're still going to be at a great disadvantage.  If you did want to try mining altcoins, check out the altcoin mining section on this forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0
