Mining should require high specifications to get great results and I know mobile phones do not have it too. and it's only owned by computers. I think mining via mobile phone is not very affective and just make your mobile phone is broken.

i dont think it will be effective to mining using mobile phone.
even using PC, you must have a good spec of your pc to optimize your mining hash rate.
it will just draining your phone battery quickly than collecting some coins.

Samsung Galaxy S9 already can mine cryptocurrency. This is possible primarily due to the powerful processor and video card installed in the device.So personally I don't see the point of creating new blockchains if one can easily mine bitcoin in his gadget.
