Today many cyber-cafes are running under a loss. If a programme is offered to cyber-cafe owners to use their CPUs during Non-business hours for mining...how will it work out..?

But unless we have the explicit permission of the owner of the computer, it is the equivalent of spreading a virus and I would urge people not to take that route as it is not very healthy for Bitcoin's progress.
Another way of doing this easily would be to setup miners across different location and use workers from a specific pool.
