Fairly sure this isn't intended as I've never seen it this way on other sites, but I don't think your dev team has set any limits on the faucet. Usually, other sites require a zero balance or a balance below a certain threshold to be able to use it, but I've been able to claim it 14 times in a row now.

Once you access the site, you'll see that you have a random generated username on the top right corner of the page. There is a logout button next to the generated username (like an arrow), click it and it will bring you to the registration/sign in pop-up form. Indeed it is a bit confusing because of the automatic random generated username, probably it is better to remove it so people will see the register button once people access the site so it will be easier for new users to create their account.

I do not mean to ask about the reward but I want to know about the issue as I'm interested to try it again if the issue has been resolved. About the chat, finally I can use it now as I just tested it out but too bad there are no other people who are in active in chat at the time I test it few minutes ago. It seems that the number of active players on your site is still so low, so what is your plan to make it crowded?
Thank you for the reminder. We actually resolved the Plinko bug fairly quickly after we came to know about it. However, we are still working on the accounts bug. It is a much trickier bug to resolve since it is hard to reproduce.
As for getting more people to our site, we are trying our best with marketing strategies. However, as with everything, it will take time.

The claim you refer to is anecdotal and based on our opinion. Nevertheless, we see no other cryptocurrency website out there that offers casino games, skill games, house bankroll investment and other (upcoming) features, while also offering state of the art graphics. As we were missing all of that on other websites we made it happen on ours. Hence that is how we arrive at "best" and "fully featured". If you disagree, which website would you point to that refutes our claim?

What kind of users can invest in this platform?
If I'm understanding you're question I guess the platform can be used by any users who have an appetite for gambling on established sites but if you're questions was about what investors they're looking to attract (which I have not read any where) then I guess it would be investors that are willing to put their money into this project since the decision is almost always made by the investor.

So it is a known visual bug? Why you did not notify your potential users if there is such bug? I do not want to blame you but I believe it is always better if you tell your users if there is something wrong with your game although it is only about visual. Anyway how about the my bets history? It is logistically almost impossible to post every bug to every problem, especially because we constantly work on them. I cannot figure out why the chat doesn't work for you. We are working hard on improving the site in general and on fixing bugs. I truly hope that the issue disappears in the process of those improvements.

totally agree , it is very confusing not only for a new player , I was somewhat lost when trying to find the register button myself
then I realized it did the job for me and auto registered , then you have to logout or go into the settings and tweak it there
as much as it kind of draws a new player straight in , at the same time it adds unnecessary confusion to the process
just have a simple one-click register with a preset username that can be changed and have the e-mail confirmation and other options to be set up later

I am also running into this issue. Basically you posted a link directly to your BitRocket in your original post,

However by going to that link, there is no way to join/faucet/play demo, when your mouse hovers over the PLAY button, you can't click it. The person is basically stuck.
What I found you need to do is go to the direct link first,

Get the faucet and then you can go back to the Bit-rocket and finally play.
So I think it would be easier having some button in the Bit-rocket that lets you claim a faucet so someone can try out the game before making a deposit.

Blackjack and Poker are indeed possibilities. However, they have very low priority for us. If we decide to add either one of them, it wouldn't be for some years. This is because our direction is focussed on exploring unique games rather than games that already exist.
Do you not have an active gaming license or what? The Gaming License link goes to a page that doesn't exist?
Our license has recently been renewed, it just hasn't been pushed to our website yet. We will update that part of the website soon but until then the license is viewable here.
