I have seen the same thing posted on this forum, there is one writer that he has lost his private key and which holds a lot of Bitcoin in bulk. There is not any support provided by the developers directly because this is a huge number. If this happens, it's hard to get support from others.

The only thing you can do is to find your private key of your wallet to retrieve your bitcoin if ever it you will lost it.
