There were times when the bet I was in had a huge return but I cashed out very early and hence did not win big.
But in the end, like I will always say, gambling is not all about winning all the time, sometimes, we just have to do away with winning and just have fun playing.
That is quite true. Luck is the biggest obstacle that prevents us from winning big.
Patience is the second obstacle but that is in our hands and if have enough patience may be we can avoid this obstacle from winning big.
But only time can tell whether our patience becomes a root cause for us winning big or losing more eventually.
It's not luck that's your biggest obstacle. It's the house and the house edge. If you are playing a game where 1 of every 100 bets you are bound to lose, that's 10 of every 1000 bets that are guaranteed to go to the casinos favor.
This is also excluding the conspiracy that casinos can algorithmically determine when those guaranteed losses (guaranteed because of the house edge) take place.
Luck is not your obstacle or your friend. Luck is nothing more than a concept that you all use to justify what happens after each bet series. Really though, it's all math...math that equates to you being heavily disfavored.
