I wasn't involved in the bet but you sound like a complete attention-whoring jackass. Since I highly doubt that you can or will pay off the full amount of the bet, here's a proposal for how you can supplement the remainder with non-monetary compensation:

Unfortunately, what you're asking me to do is treat you differently than everyone else who has already agreed to a settlement. If you'd like it be paid, I'm afraid it will require at least minimal communication. Thank you for understanding and I apologize if it seems as if I'm making it more difficult than it needs to be.
