I dont think you will to create an account on ico site because you're not an investor. You will provide an eth or waves address just wait for jack to update us

There was only one thunderclap campaign that ended up happening on May 2. There was not one before that, nor after.

I got some information for telegram regarding that the bounty distribution will start next weekend and all most distribution is done to investors, I think MGO will listed on bittrex on Monday or so.
