Seems like he has sent you item. He is offline for last two days, so, when he "wakes up" and if he doesn't send you tracking number create red flag and it will be supported, but, I believe he will.
account isnt hacked, he sent me same btc address he have used in March this year.

If he decided to scam you, negging him won't make you get your money faster, or ever.
Checking his profile, dude made many trades before. Didn't strike me as the type who would scam somebody for $1k. I am sure he has a valid explanation.
If he will get back with a tracking number to me. I will delete this thread and leave him a positive feedback.

I tagged him a while back, I think for account selling/buying, but I ended up removing the tag because it was an iffy call on my part--one of the few I regreted making. Hopefully he didn't end up becoming a scammer, but we'll see what he has to say for himself.
