If your ban had an amount of time behind it and was not a perma ban, then either BadBear or theymos banned you. All of the other moderators do not have the ability to ban on a temporary basis.

You were posting bunch of bullshit copied from news site, a few times is fine but so much that you got mods attention? And with this , you're probably getting a perma-ban, but well technically you are discussing your ban which should be fine.
