I understand your anger.
Perhaps with MOJO V3 will be better?

I've invested much time into this V2 without success. I had a deal and I don't care about the future.
the deal was - if mojoV2 won't work - buy back at ico price. Plain and simple.
If V3 will be a successs - I'm happy with all coin holder here !

If Dev won't fulfill this deal I will start a big Scam accusation campaign here on BTCT and social media.

Regards

The only issue is that there is no scam here, just a disagreement as to what constitutes a failure of the project. We have been doing a lot to release MOJOv3 and make sure that we do not need to have another swap situation and that all these issues are in the past. So, we have created a really up to date and good stable wallet that we will get out very soon. Here is a small preview:

This is not a scam and we are developing a brand new wallet to move forward.

I believe this coin will do well. Bought some in ICO and been buying at current low prices. Dev has had many chances to leave, if he wanted, so i believe he will, at least, do his best to make it a success. Don't know if we will ever see ICO prices again but at the current low price there is plenty of room to grow. My 1.35 mil coins should make me a profit based on the overall buying price. Still looking to add more on the dumps, if any of you care to dump and move on.

Yeah he had the chance to leave but because his real Identity is known this wouldn't be the smartest move.
Anyway - If I gave you my word it's like a contract.
If you don't stay to your word - or fulfill a contract
you are a liar / scammer.

Think about it before investing further.

Oh and it don't make sense to feed a dead cow (is this the right proverb)

Agreed. I am picking up more as well. I too believe in the Dev.

Looks like there was indeed a misunderstanding. Nowhere in the screenshots above it is clearly defined what the deal is about - MojoV2, MojoCoin in general or anything else (mission to Mars, establishing democracy in Northern Korea or maybe cloning Mr.Trump...).  I suppose the context of the whole conversation could clearly show the coinversation is about Mojo, but even then the deal itself was vaguely defined and could have been understood or interpreted in a million ways...

I have no reason to consider EBK1000 to be a scammer. Nothing in his prior history points to that. And IMHO the screenshots above just show unfortunate misunderstanding.

drays, really ? You are omnipresent and you know what happens. Of course there was chat around this screenshots and of course we talked about mojoV2 but should I really post tons of screenshots here ?

Anyway if you are really interested and not biased please check :

Dev offers buy back (yes mojo V2 if he don't get it running properly - offered to everyone) @ ico price :

after some talks @ slack he convinced me to further work at the coin and I stopped my accusation:

After we had an agreement I was puting much effort in this coin, running masternodes, doing debugs and so on ..

Sure I am far from being omnipresent, and sure there are a lot of things I do not know. I am far from trying to be a judge here as well. So I did not (and cannot) state anything on this case. I just described the impression I got when reading the info you posted. Sorry if I somehow step on your nerves. Definitely that was not my intention.

It looks like you have to talk to EBK1000 once again. The links you posted show a long and painful history of your relations, so it is always very ungrateful job to judge anything in such cases. One thing I am completely agree with you (looking at the links you posted) - if the refund should be done, it should be done based on BTC price, not USD, as the investment was done in BTC.

And one more consideration: the main point to clarify here is whether the deal was made for MojoV2 specifically or for Mojo in general. This is the defining point in this argument.

Saying that, I would rather listen more than post on this, just because the case is not trivial, and I am not in the position of being an arbitrator here...

Why always swap this coin?

Is this automatic swap?

Yeah the conversation is about MOJO and its true that the crowdfund has been faked and no money has changed hands during the coin offering. The OP bought 399K himself via his bots, creating the impression that there have been real people who bought them.

The loud statement. 400,000 coins were purchased during ICO?
Or are already later?

5 coins were legitimately bought through the ico. 399995 MOJO were self-bought and put in a cloud staking vault by the OP.

?? put in a cloud staking vault by the OP ??

the Op had a cloud staking vault ? oh yes I've run 3 Masternodes .. much more trouble than anything else - but I tried.

Until some month ago I decided to stop MN and just do staking - but even normal staking wasn't really possible with this coin.

The MOJO project continues so it has not failed but will update to a new version that works better. It wouldn't work if you could just get a refund if you felt that the project failed. We have been working behind the scene to get a good version out with V3 and so our official position is that is has not failed but is moving along. If we were just out to scam you we wouldn't have spent the last few weeks testing a new version and making plans for the upgrade and we wouldn't be here still. We would have just shut down a long time ago, so a scam accusation is just wrong. We consider this a failed project ONLY if we stop development and shut down. We have an excellent V3 wallet which is in the final phase of testing so NO, this has not failed. The deal that was made was for the MOJO project and not for v2 only.

Killing a coin, create a new coin and doing a swap isn't "making the coin work" it's just a new coin.

Check your own post here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.15516785
where , again, you offer to buy back at ico price.

beside that what you official posted to @everyone, we had a private deal. If someone didn't stand to his word he's a liar and scammer

No I bought 200.000 in the ICO and another 200.000 later. I still have the transactions  of 3 payments 0.2 , 0.1, 0.2

however - I had a deal with the dev he bought back 400.000 coins @ ico price which he agreed what do I need more

Hi,
Don't trust the word of the Dev. He's a liar.
This is not the first time he shows shady behavior. It's now the third incarnation of Mojo and it' getting darker and cheaper every time.

After the long absence and my endless talks in July last year to the community and Bryce Weiner we come to the agreement that I'm working together with ebk1000 to get mojo working again.

We had deal that I'm helping getting the coin working but if it won't work he will buy back the coins @ ico price.

Honestly nobody could say the coin is working at the moment and it's more than far away from any concept or business plan at all.

mojoV2 is a dead not functional project

Switching to another codebase doesn't make the current project working.

I publicy call EBK1000 to stick to his word and buy back the 400000 ico coins at ico price like promised to me. If not the next thing will be a scammer accusation.

I'm lucky because of read your post before i buy some mojo to stake it.

Why do we have to wait until April for Mojov3 Huh

I think because dev still find good codebase to compile and run  Grin
