Looks like there was indeed a misunderstanding. Nowhere in the screenshots above it is clearly defined what the deal is about - MojoV2, MojoCoin in general or anything else (mission to Mars, establishing democracy in Northern Korea or maybe cloning Mr.Trump...). I suppose the context of the whole conversation could clearly show the coinversation is about Mojo, but even then the deal itself was vaguely defined and could have been understood or interpreted in a million ways...
I have no reason to consider EBK1000 to be a scammer. Nothing in his prior history points to that. And IMHO the screenshots above just show unfortunate misunderstanding.
drays, really ? You are omnipresent and you know what happens. Of course there was chat around this screenshots and of course we talked about mojoV2 but should I really post tons of screenshots here ?
Anyway if you are really interested and not biased please check :
Dev offers buy back (yes mojo V2 if he don't get it running properly - offered to everyone) @ ico price :

After we had an agreement I was puting much effort in this coin, running masternodes, doing debugs and so on ..

Sure I am far from being omnipresent, and sure there are a lot of things I do not know. I am far from trying to be a judge here as well. So I did not (and cannot) state anything on this case. I just described the impression I got when reading the info you posted. Sorry if I somehow step on your nerves. Definitely that was not my intention.
It looks like you have to talk to EBK1000 once again. The links you posted show a long and painful history of your relations, so it is always very ungrateful job to judge anything in such cases. One thing I am completely agree with you (looking at the links you posted) - if the refund should be done, it should be done based on BTC price, not USD, as the investment was done in BTC.
And one more consideration: the main point to clarify here is
whether the deal was made for MojoV2 specifically or for Mojo in general. This is the defining point in this argument.
Saying that, I would rather listen more than post on this, just because the case is not trivial, and I am not in the position of being an arbitrator here...
