Why would you want to buy anyway? I have some Monaco and I want to sell but price is too low. I'm sure a lot of people like me want to sell but they don't because it's too cheap now. If somebody want to pump it up I believe they got a backlash because a lot of investors want to get rid of it in the first pump.
I went fully out of Monaco and invested into Tenx because they already have a working product and I am already waiting on my card to arrive 
I think Monaco will provide good competition for TenX and I hope we see more than only one project succeed so competition can continue.

I believe it is right time for buying, price is under ICO, good news will be in September so you have to wait only till the end of summer, but return will be much higher. Situation now just cannot be worst, and this price is result of fuders activity.

Really right this is the right time to buy MONACO, Monaco has fallen too far in ICO prices now. Buy and hold until end of August. I'm sure monaco will improve. 
So much hype, so little product. I was so tempted to go in because of some friends, and the shiny looking card also made us foolish for a while. More shocking was the price of token is below the ICO. So Monaco has the money, their tokenholders have... nothing.
Long did not hear this coin, is the monaco card already published and distributed?
I think the role of dev is also influential to raise their coin prices.
If dev is off and there is no recent development, then the project will run in place.

I have sold all my mco because the price I expect does not go up .. i think it will happen so long. If now the price is better try buying a little mco.
I would wait for some more time, to get some updates regarding their services. For now, there are no "proofs" that they are really going to issue their card. So many similar projects atm. If they really issue their card with services as stated, I'm buying.
It's your choice but I wouldn't buy. They don't send Monaco cards. We don't even know if it's real or not yet.
There are also other competitors for debit crypto currency card business. They achieve better things so I'd go with them.

I really like the project but it looks a little scammy , and the price does not seem to rise sharply any time soon ..still wanna get their card lol
I think the price will continue to drop because they are behind the competition. Tenx already has a working product and better funding to achieve it whereas Monaco is lagging behind.

Altcoin is now recovering that's why the trading volume of some coin is very small because some big altcoin are moving up and small coin will be follow after big coins are stable.
