VISA approval should be the main concern, i think that if this is the best time to sell your coin if you are holding some mco token. The traders will always be buying in the rumour and sell for the news. That just like a rule when you wanna take the profit through doing a trade. That was being a mandatory for every traders. But how do you know rumour from news? Monaco has a 31 August dateline for the launch of this card. Is this considered rumour? If so, then people who bought at ICO did not get a good price move judging from the history on coinmarket. Do you mean buy on good rumour and sell on bad news?
