Monero (a rudimentary cryptocurrency) is officially dead, why you may ask?

What Monero used to offer:
Bytecoin Copy Clone

What Monero now offers:
Bytecoin Copy Clone
Arrogance, hatred against all the other cryptocurrencies

Basically, Monero is worth less than OompaLoompaCoin, heck, practically any coin that has real developers developing real features... Monero offers absolutely nothing over what 99% of these alt coins offer, even some of the worst alt coins offer more innovative features than Monero. And to those Monero bagholders who say that "Monero Is Anonymous!!! Without Monero There is No Privacy!!!" is something it offers, that's not true.. There are far superior alternatives out there that actually have a GUI and whatnot Cheesy

Verdict: Monero is dead, there hasn't been worthwhile development in years, it's a practically abandoned coin with few remaining bagholders who're desperate for it to get some attention. I'm gonna feel really sorry to all the Monero bagholders that are still "HODLING" when Monero reaches 0.05$, 0.025$, 0.0125$ etc.

Dear moron, we -monero bagholders- have been waiting 5 years for your update on the 0.0125$ deadcoin so we can start to dig the grave. Maybe in another 5 years?

Monero will not be dead, there will be a lot of dead coins in the future for sure but the possibility for monero to be one of the dead coins is zero.

I agree with this, monero will sooner be dead. it will be worth nothing because of their horrible community, they are full of arrogance in their coin look what happened now they will be soon be labeled as shit coin. Thus is better to pull out all your assets in monero to be sure.

Here is Theymos's way of assessing coins and their real value, not monetary because in the market monero seems to be doing just fine. This might be of help to you, Monero is given a decent assessment grade https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/theymoss-list-of-altcoins-with-some-technical-merit-2095328

Monero still has a chance to shine if Bitcoin fails to deliver increased privacy. Like it or not, there will always be people in dark markets buying questionable shit... so there's a big market. As far as exchanges goes.. exchanges like Shapeshift under a VPN should provide sufficient privacy to exchange BTC for XMR.

In any case, not that I think XMR will be able to challenge a supercharged Bitcoin once we have sidechains, mimblewimble, confidential transactions and all of those.

There will always be a small handful getting arrested for it yeah..

I seen recent arrests from some brat who was selling Fentanyl.
He was busted and i expect many more to come.. various govts are cracking the whip.
My country is having an epidemic of deaths from that shit and a lot of it is coming from DM's.

Anyone having any part of that scummy underground system will be nailed hard !

Enjoy your Morono coins.. don't forget to hand over your picture ID to Poloniex fuckers LOL

By the way i was the one guy who predicted VPN's would be pwned hard.. they were.
There is a slew of ways you can compromise them.
Such as showing up with a warrant to seize the machines then letting them run with logging enabled for 2 years.

I predicted it by myself for a decade on Torrentfreak.. simply to warn people of a false sense of security.
I was just like here mouthed off 100% by the whole entire crowd.. claiming i was wrong ..endlessly.

I was right as always dumb fucking douche bags.
And the endless stream of News reports is my proof.

My old PC game cracking group / hacker buddy of mine was popped by the FBI.
What do you cocky ass dipshits know about security ?
Me i am a cracker.. with a life time of common sense on the web.

But hey don't take my word for it..
Listen to dipshit bag-holders trying talk up their fucking scammy ass little "ANON" coins on ScamCoinTalk.org

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT KIDIOTS  Cheesy

I'm reading a lot of post about monero being a dead coin but upon checking on coinmarketcap, they are still alive and volume is still high, they are in the top 5 ahead of those so called innovative crypto currency,it's unfortunate that cryptonote are not tradeable on Yobit where I am an active trader.

Even in the extremely unlikely scenario that Bitcoin gets functional privacy, it would still be optional, and thus inferior to Monero. Transparent transactions degrade the privacy of those using private transactions. Also, good luck getting Chinese miners to support an anonymous sidechain.

haha, last time I have checked it was not so dead, why are you saying that ?

not dead but with zcash/zclassic and zcoin, is seriously overshadowed, because those coin offer better anonymity so monero is a bit pointless now, why i should it on the dark web instead of zcash, which has also a better name?

because monero's anonimity-features actually work, because monero has protocol-level-privacy (not optional privacy like zcash), because monero didn't use a trusted setup, because with monero there are no mining rewards going to the devs, because anonymous transactions in xmr don't require 8 Gib RAM and still take 2 minutes, because xmr isn't a corporate coin but actually a truly grassroots open source project with a large and active community, because xmr-cryptography is thoroughly tested and peerreviewed (zcash-crypto is not), because monero has actual usability, ...need I go on...

don't get me wrong, zcash technology is very interesting, but the way it is conceived now is a big no no, maybe in 10 years...

best regards

in regard to rewards going to dev, you can choose zclassic, which has no this issue and the community is small because is still new, monero has been here since 2 years already if not wrong, also there is zcoin, which has a better form of anonimity than zcash

@eaLiTy. The news that the darknet market is accepting Monero is taken out of context and it was really overhyped. The fact is only merchants in Alphabay is accepting Monero and it is not even gaining some traction because that acceptance is dwindling. The merchants still prefer bitcoins and are going back to it. Also I do not think drug addicts know that Monero exists. Grin

Lulz, same shit different day, post some evidence of your claims (dwindling acceptance) please... Everyone in their right minds would use XMR for said transactions, especially with the btc-blocks being spammed and fees rising, with chain-analysis, with KYC, ...

ah well, next year you might miss another 1000% runup in xmr and still be talking about king bitcoin...

best regards
