Sorry to hear that. You can still buy account from them for cheap price. There has been lot of accounts for sale in this forum.
Well, I am moving to UK in 3 months to study, so maybe I will try to apply from UK, maybe it would be to complicated to change all payment detals, address and etc. if I would be approved now. Maybe I just have bad luck, because I saw google adsense on much worse websites.. but thanks for the support
Basically it is not complicated at all, you just edit payment details, but if country changes, I dont know if they have some extra check in that case.
Well, its google so I would say yes. Its not even possible to change payment currency, they are saying that you have to close your account and ask for approval again.
Close your account? Thats something new. You have misundestood something. They cant tell you to close your account if you have registered it with your real information. They have probably told you to do modifications and submit for review again..?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to change your payment currency. If you'd like to switch to another currency, you'll need to close your current account and open a new one.

Exactly. So to buy adsense account would be most probably just wasting of money with no effect.
