As far as i know bittrex don't like token with dividend system because they can have problems with sec regulation. Even tass hasn't make it to bittrex and their ico is finished since 3 months ago. Liqui is probably the best exchange for monsterbyte right now.

I suggest you go after liqui.io since Bittrex isn't adding any more tokens or currencies as of now.

As stated above, there is a BTC address in your waves platform client, you should check it out.
It works similar to how other DEX (decentral exchange). The bitcoin and other crypto addresses in your waves client are linked together.

So how would they know my BTC address?

It is in your waves platform wallet that you need to hold the tokens in at the dividend time.

I see. too bad, all of Casino tokens are using their own tokens to bet and not BTC.

I agree, the exchange rate should have been based on the BTC put in at the time.  NOT ONE dividend or anything was paid to the ORIGINAL long term investors and now they just get diluted down.

I totally disagree with you. Waves is one of the best decentralized exchanges to use. If you don't like Waves, then your problem is with DEX as a whole. The two exchanges that you listed are centralized exchanges. In case you didn't get the memo, decentralized exchanges are the way  of the future, so you bet get used to the idea if you value your security. I absolutely love the platform. It only takes a few minutes to understand and once you do it's a cakewalk.
