The petition says "winding up petition". it indirectly implies that NO CRIME TOOK PLACE and this will close the deal. Seriously, this is evil. Are those of us that lost bitcoins in Mintpal considered "creditors" or is this just reserved for people using Moopay, etc?
Still not much progress? Is there a way to know how much Darkcoins were stuck on the exchange or at least how much this law suit thing going to take?

I do understand the problems regarding btc - but xmr was belonging to the group they have/had access to - why do you not send them to the users?

For the record, Moolah still has 2 plugins on Wordpress, which would mean there is probably people who own wordpress blogs out coins, and people could still be installing their platform, functioning or not. Im sending them an email to see if they willremove them, i encourage everyone else to if you have a minute.

I want to congratulate ALL for the awesome work they've done here.
I still hold to the fact it's better for their existence to come clean and make good
for those who were robbed unless they cross the wrong person.
In that case they may not fare too well and it does not have to
be the one who was robbed the most...
IF they decide not to then it may be best for them to "live it up"
while they can.
