Royal Court has ordered Moolah / Ryan to return Syscoin's 750BTC by 4pm GMT 10/28 or face legal consequences - http://www.coindesk.com/uk-court-syscoin-injunction-moolah-750-btc/
What about the other coins? Individual lawsuits for each person costing $10000 each? Roll Eyes

Have you filled actionfraud.police.uk?
I have now. But Ferdous Ahmed / Torihiki LTD has my XMR, so it's very complex.

Unfortunately as Ryan has the database, they don't know who should have what. Ryan left those wallets to die, now he wants them back so he can 'send everyone their coins'. I'm sure you can understand their reluctance to want to do that.

Can you give more information what will happen to alcoin wallets (in my case Fluttercoin and Hirocoin)  that have been "salvaged" from old servers, in case he don't hand over the database?

I lost 2 BTC and some DRK and NXT and MIN
I was on holiday and didnot check the account for 2 weeks and now I am shocked cause all my coins are lost.
horrible.
I read all latest news https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/mintpals-3700-stolen-bitcoin-likely-in-hands-of-alleged-scammer-alex-green/ and now I am crying because I dont know  how to recover stolen coins.

when a new exchange pops up please request names, photos, addresses, and references before you send your coins to their exchange

BTC-e has been running a couple of years, and no one knows the principles for that exchange (and overall BTC-e does NOT have any major cloud over it, at least currently)

The exchange had been running for a long time, the problem was that it was taken over, then something... bad happened.

You mean we got robbed, i lost 2 BTC's and i hope that Alex will need all that money for his and his families medical bills...

I'm guessing you won't be handling my stuck btc withdrawal anymore then Wink

Could really use that btc this month too...but at least it's less than 1btc.  Can't imagine losing more than 10 like some people. Ouch.

If you ever spoke to anyone but Alex/Ryan via email, they couldn't do anything technical. Despite being a software dev, I wasn't allowed any access to anything database/daemon related. I'm down about 10.25BTC in total. Great news after being recently engaged and having to now shell out for parties/weddings.

Seb, did you ever see or hear of anything official from "Torihiki" because this is just too much of a coincidence in my mind:

That name only surfaced after all the allegations came out, to my knowledge it was related to Mintpal and we really had nothing to do with that (from a support perspective anyway). As soon as Ryan made the announcement that the company was closing down, we were all told to stop responding to support tickets.

I am a previous employee of the company. I have been in touch with several solicitors and various agencies on this. I am not involved with this ordeal in any way and they are happy with that.

Thanks

Seb

WARNING: I say "F*CK". A Lot.
I am fairly certain that all v1 accounts were migrated to v2. If you have not logged into v2 subsequent to the update, you will need to reset your password before you are able to login.

Start with this link - http://blog.moolah.io/2014/09/23/mintpal-v2-deployment/
and then review newer blog posts there, until you are caught up.

are they gone? i've never used v2 only logged onto it a few day's ago to check my coins, so are my coins on the v1 system?HuhHuh??

Syscoin- Changing the way people do business.

Ferdous is trying to do the right thing here, trust him- the other party here is trying to make things infinitely more difficult for the coins to be returned, and possibly "lose" even more coins in the process!

Can someone point me in the right direction to file a complaint when based out of the US?

If you are in the US contact your local FBI office. Also file with your local police department. you can also file at www.ic3.gov (FBI internet crimes division) and even if you are in the US, Like I am, you can file at Action fraud in the UK like I did. It takes like an hour to fill everything out.  FBI can contact interpol to grab them where they are.

- I have two other agencies to contact I will keep everyone informed

- Goal is to get charges that leads to lifetime prison sentences and not white collar bullshit.  Since this is international it should be easy out of the US plus they too consumer funds and that is much worse than spending money from some partnership agreement.

Andre

Appreciate the help and I will be more than happy to take one hour out of my life to fill the necessary paperwork to get this done.

Mintpal owes me 19.99381322 BTC. and the community much more.

Those responsible will soon understand why they should return funds ASAP.

I have named Ryan Kennedy (Alex Green), Miss Chelsea Hopkins and Landon Merrill as co-conspirators in an international fraud scheme.  As you can see via the attachment  I am in contact with ActionFraud.  I am also in contact with the New York an US Authorities mounting an international fraud ring charge.  It is one thing for a civil action when misappropriating monies from a company however it is criminal to take consumer funds.  I have been awaiting the return of my BTCs and given ample time. I am moving on a case of an international conspiracy ring to defraud consumers.  This will block the use of their passports and forced them to be detained in international airports restricting their movement.   Each one of their family members will be interrogated by international authorities.

I am a long time member of the Bitcoin community.  I have supported the community as a whole and will continue to do so.  Some of you will recall that I was able to change Federal stance on bitcoin in Jan with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen) ruling I fought for at the federal level. Called: "Application of FinCEN’s Regulations to Virtual Currency Software Development and Certain Investment Activity" Now my fight will be to get the monies Ryan et al. refuses to return through international effort.  My goal is that the fraud charges I am mounting will position this for some lifetime sentences for all parties.

This is my move Ryan, lets see yours!

I am easily reachable

I am terribly sorry to hear your story, but I'm afraid that Moolah only managed Mintpal, and I was never an owner of Mintpal.  I would also note that I have been fired from Moolah, as well as I am owed funds from Ryan.  If I can be of any help, please feel free to get a hold of me.

Butthole puckered a little huh

Better be part of the solution or else, my friend. Not a good look Landon

Hi Andre

I am a previous employee of the company. I have been in touch with several solicitors and various agencies on this. I am not involved with this ordeal in any way and they are happy with that.

Below is also my crime report response from Action Fraud:

https://i.imgur.com/HVvMqW8.jpg

I can assure you, there are several other 'ex employees' in similar situations to me, and while I cannot conclusively say 100%; to my knowledge, none of those fired on the same day as myself had any involvement.

I can't really state right now what the situation is with the case, but I can promise you that there has been some progress made.

I hope that with help from those of us here in the UK, we can find out what really happened in this whole situation.

As my email is above, feel free to get in touch if you have any other evidence, as depending on how proceedings go, I may be required to visit the Serious Fraud Office at some point in the coming weeks.

Thanks

Seb

Can someone point me in the right direction to file a complaint when based out of the US?

And out of UK, how do we file a complaint internationally?

I think all complaints directed at people within the UK should go to http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
