"Don't waste your time and life with faucets. Maybe you think it is free money but it isn't. You are sitting whole day and you are solving captchas for what? half cent?"...

That's a crack-up, and wildly arrogant.  I make a small fortune from faucets.  The value proposition is very strong right now for people in economically depressed regions and countries.  What seems insignificant to you is wildly significant to others.  Faucets are recession proof.  I claim and refer, which increases my earnings.  I know which offerwalls and programs boost my earnings and pay reliably. And it only takes me two hours a day. Smiley

I don't spend what I earn so the overall value of my holdings continues to increase.  I sell BTC for fiat at a premium on a monthly basis, so I have tangible monthly income for my time.

It always amazes me how easily people give bullshit advice. LOL

Moon Bitcoin has a huge user base, and it's clunky as hell.  I have to imagine just keeping up with security, servers and bandwidth, changing technical factors, etc., is a lot of work.  Like the increase in Xapo fees.  Or the increased fees for direct payouts.  I have to give them the benefit of the doubt.  If it weren't some substantial issue, they would be up and running.  It hurts them too much to be down this long.

Besides, a lot of large professional faucets are going through it right now.  Today there were some weird referral payouts at Bitfun.  Huge payout swings on offerwalls and other programs.  Everyone is trying to figure it out.  How to adapt what they are doing to the sudden growth and growing pains of Bitcoin.

Of course, they have stopped paying since past two days but as per my assessment, everyone knows that bitcoin has build up its value to peak. This is the reason why they let not claim satoshis  their users.
If the value of BTC goes down, they might restore it soon

Wow this is good to know.... Don't panic when the price goes up and don't panic when it goes down.  Roll Eyes

Isn't the claim rate somehow adjusted reagarding current BTC/USD rate? It would make no sense to me to disable faucet instead of decreasing claim. Additionally every successful claim equals income for the site owners, so I really doubt they'd risk loss of users loyalty.

It's working again, but my Daily Loyalty Bonus was reset. I'll update this topic, if they reinstate my Daily Loyalty Bonus.

Yeps, stopped working two days ago now. Checked on two different machines with different versions of OSX and different versions of Safari. Keeps going wrong. Mail is unanswered.

If your internet connection is stable and if your account also has no problem may be the problem is in your browser did you try to logging in different browsers and get the problem still? You can try to clear cache your browsers and try again. If the issue is still the same then you have to wait their reply since you contact them already.

Using wired internet connection all the way to ISP. Used both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. I tried two different accounts (my usual one and one new one created to diagnose issue) in private/incognito modes. I used my home internet and work internet connections to try different IP addresses. No avail. I just wanted someone to do a successful Xapo faucet claim, and nobody was able to test that for me to make sure it wasn't on my end. Like, maybe wrongful termination of my account, or banning my IP for some unknown reason. Maybe Cloudflare was messing with my region/territory. Etc.

It looks like I missed the timing window on the Daily Loyalty Bonus. This really sucks. I've been doing it at least once everyday (actually, once per hour when I'm at my desk, which is usually 12 hours or so), and now I'm going to lose all that, because of an issue I can't pinpoint. I think there is a lesson to be learned here for anyone else using faucets, especially moonbit.co.in. Don't bank on Daily Loyalty Bonus, if they can't hold up their end. I'll have to restart now, unless they fix the issue, and give everyone their bonuses back somehow. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything from them. Currently, it has been 27 hours since my account worked.

Thanks for all your help team bitcointalk.

Update: Apparently, my e-mail wasn't even sent, and G-mail has been trying to send it to them this whole time. Their mailbox is full.

Maybe try a new wallet address and then do the old one again?

I'm not using wallet address. I'm using Xapo, so I type e-mail address in when I log in. Maybe Xapo is the problem?

I'm from USA too, so it doesn't seem like a geographic issue. Thanks for helping, buddy.

If the value of BTC multiplies by 10x or 100x then yea, I would say faucets are worth it.

I was able to claim successfully from Moonbitco.in today. Maybe try a different browser or incognito mode?

I tried it incognito. I tried a different account. I tried a different IP address. Nothing working so far. What's your location? Maybe the server I'm near has a bad cache or something.

I am in the USA.

I've been getting an error for the past 21 hours when claiming faucet on Moonbit.co.in. Is anyone else having an issue as well?
OK, i checked and everything is working just fine.
I e-mailed them & tweeted them, and no response.
You probably wont get any response here either. I didn't found thread in micro earnings section but you can check it as well in case i missed it.

Someone please point me in the right direction.

Hi,

I've been getting an error for the past 21 hours when claiming faucet on Moonbit.co.in. Is anyone else having an issue as well? I e-mailed them & tweeted them, and no response. I'm going to lose my daily loyalty bonus, if I can't get this sorted in the next few hours. Someone please point me in the right direction. Does admin have an account on bitcointalk.org?
