They blocked your reloads at paypal is not used to load a lot of moneypaks to an account. 3 or more in a week or anything of the sort will get you blocked. Or transferring $500+ out of moneypak right after loading. Same rules apply to every moneypak loading card. Gone thru over 10 of them. I am interested in $400 worth, we did a deal about a week ago.
