Russia is nobody's friend because putin wants to be only ruler of the whole world so he dont want to share power with anyone else.. russian people are forced to believe that putin is the most powerful leader of the world and it makes russian society be alone on earth.
It is a tough question to answer when it comes to Moscow/Russia. America is currently not friends with Russia (especially if Hillary Clinton is elected President) but I don't think they are enemies either, despite what the media says. I think that another Cold War is possible, with threats from both sides to start a real war, but nothing materializing. Both countries know exactly what the other is capable of, and therefore, I don't believe they want to suffer great casualties. If Trump is elected President, I could see Russia and America relations improving.

Russia will always be a neutral actor for Europe and USA as a best case scenario. With Trump with the USA things could go better since Trump and Putin would be the closest USA and RU presidents have been for years, but it seems Hillary is going to win anyway so things will stay the same.
Russia has never been neutral. It is an aggressive state which is weak but pretends to Empire. As soon as she weakens she calms down. Problem of America not to allow it to harden.

I would choose neutrality , because they can be a good friend but also they can be our worst enemy . I also think that US can be the same as well , they are overpowered and always interefering to the issues from the other country . Other Nations should not trust those mentioned above .

Now the leadership of America is not the strong and resolute. This leads to the fact that Russia is the main enemy of America and not only raised his head and trying to attack the whole world.
