It is very annoying. First they beg people to join and later after ico is done, they start to act bounty hunters like shit. Really a disgrace.

There has been a clamor call by some hunters to either be paid with a stable coin or some percentage of the project token and other with a stable coin except for projects already trading with remarkable liquidity. This has become necessary because of many failed projects and some dubious managers.

We have witnessed very scanty project paying in stable coin, but these projects usually have very small budget, and will even have a limited spot for signature campaigners, most will prefer a minimum of  Full Members and above with a maybe just 10 spot or less for each, usually above Full members would be 4 participants only. We sometimes would see a budge of like $50k -150k in a stable coin, but when it comes to payment with the project token, we would see a budget of $1,000,000 to even $3,000,000 or more with much participants. Most times these projects that pay in their own coin usually either scam, fail or price will just dump badly resulting in a wastage of time, and  most often time than not, they turn their back and accuse bounty hunters of dumping at any ridiculous price, we all know this is nothing but a shitty falsehood to just give a dog a bad name so as to crucify it. This has made some persons to abandon bounty hunting.

I think project and bounty managers should reconsider how to be reasonable in payment to their marketers if they really mean business and not out to scam investors. If most persons choose never to join bounty that pays in their native coin only, bounty event may take a new turn and be revived and attractive again.

Friend, what do you think of these experience and acting?

I have been to a lot of campaigns where the developers act like that, this is one of the reasons why I'm very choosy on what will I promote, in this current situation it's much better to go on leave that promote ICO, unless you stumble a good project to promote.

I personally don't do any work if I'm not going to get paid with a trusted coin, but I do have leverage to ask for that.
I have a reasonably popular blog and if projects want me to promote them, they need to pay me for my work.

I'll gladly accept their tokens on top of regular payment, but I'm not in the business of getting scammed Tongue

You've made the best breakthrough for the crypto money world. I thought Airdrop and Bounty were temporary, and I understand that I'm right at the point we're on today.

Even bounty managers don’t give it damn about hunters
Which makes it even worse, ridiculing bounty hunters when it comes to payment is like treating a social worker bad
I don’t think bounty managers are the problems here, I am nit siding them but I know of a bounty manager directly and their effort to get stakes allocated to hunters and paid to them immediately, but what can they do, when they are also working for a ghost developer like us, they can only forward their advice to them but won’t be able to enforce it since they don’t see them in person.

If project developers were paying upfront before any hunter works for them in form of escrow service, then I am sure all these shits that developers do with hunters would not be happening, that is why I do my personal research and ask questions directly from team before participating in their project for them to assure me of payment after participating.

How bounty hunters are gonna be paid with their efforts and time is something at the discretion of the project owners and most of the cases they do not want to consult this thing with us. That is the sad reality...more so if a project is a scam right from the very beginning. Though there are always exceptions from time to time...those managers who are really establishing community connections and are pro-hunters meaning they are not just thinking their own side but also taking on the sides of the hunters. I am suggesting that there should be a way for both sides to make a dialogue on this matter otherwise bounty hunting can slowly die a natural death.

Most of the bounties don't make sense anymore, be careful. Always evaluate if that token will get listed (and worth anything) in the future.

In this market the 99.9% of the new projects will probably never worth nothing.

that is what these bounty hunters get for helping scammers scam other people! you may not like this but when people help scammers advertise their scams they deserve to be scammed themselves. these bounty hunters can expect all the bad things to happen to others and expect themselves to be safe. that is a fire that will burn everyone involved.

Recent Athero scam has been worst example of exploiting bounty hunters as their campaign lasted for more than 4 months and in the end bounty hunters got nothing, the team kept delaying the bounty token distribution with fake promises and finally disappeared i think such people should be punished and should be put in jail forever.
besides athero there are more recent projects that have reduced allocation for bounty participants, which previously they allocated around 20 000 000 tokens but when ico was successful, they only gave bounty participants trash

Of course. That is their marketing strategy to bounty hunters like us. The higher the possible wage the many participants they can get. These project owners are scammers but we can actually get rid of them in our path by just doing the right research in any campaign that we choose to join on.

And that you will be doing fraud, nobody is insured. So far I have only caught on one campaign that has not paid. but other campaigns are dragging on for a long time with payouts or paying coins that are never traded elsewhere or are generally paid deliberately after a coin has entered the stock exchange and has already managed to fall heavily in the price. Good projects with good earnings units and rarity now

This is one major problem why I don't advice anyone who want to go fully into bounty as their source of living because it would be a very wrong idea when thing like this begin to happen, imagine spending much of your time trying to promote a project by carrying out the task given to you by them and you ended up not getting paid or even got paid but the coin turned out to be a shitcoin that will not be relevant either now or even in the future.

There's no need to talk about it now. Still took a while when in bounty could earn a good amount. The pool will now decrease and in order to earn at least something you will need to do more work.

If there are not enough resources in order for paying the bounty rewards, why do they want to use stable coins? Bounty hunters are interested to get paid in the USD based stake and stable coins fit this aim full.

Seem's to be true almost all of the bounty would just make you wait for your reward after all of your hard work.
And that is why I am done doing bounty I would only go back on joining when I see a good one to join and worthy to be promoted.

As a case study, I worked for a certain project like that, that promised to oay in eth without stating in the rules in the first place that, it won't be able to pay if softcap is not reached. Unfortunately for me, the project didn't reach softcap and all our works was for vain and the project for left.

Indeed who join a bounty and do a work should be rewarded for their time, and yes there are a lot of projects and team only pay on their tokens and no one can get an income from there, and a lot of scam, maybe in future somehow will be stopped.

Bounty hunters should really be rewarded as at due time. The allocations most project give in are too low compared to the money raised in their projects. And what seems not to be too good is the fact that there are also scam projects, which would lead to nothing eventually from the bounty hunters. They'll just waste their precious time over scam projects.
