Looked up the Ledger Nano S, it's about $97 US shipped.

and one month waiting period ...  that just reflects the quality  Wink
but reconsider your investment. If you are not hodling signinficant coin amounts you'll be very conficent with standard desktop wallet like electrum.

In my opinion coinbase is the most secured wallet for bitcoin. It has 2 step verification so it is very hard to hack it . And i can sent bitcoin to other coinbase user for free

What wallet you trust to put all of your bitcoins (or if you use another currency too)?

Does it have high fees?

Do you care about fees or almost never move that coins?

Thx

I consider ledger or any other HW wallets (trezor, keepkey ..) as most secure.

Fee size has nothing to do with wallet ...  it depends on current network situation (variates for each coin). Few months ago I cared a lot about fees but now the situation is much better so not paying attention much.

yeah, hardware wallet is the best option from all the ones that are available.

You should consider only hardware wallets! Like Ledger, Trezor or KeepKey. Recently there was security issue with trezor and keepkey, so for now the most secure and trusted is Ledfer. Actually Ledger have 2 types of wallets: nano s (cheap, small as usb drive) and Blue (expensive with a touch screen)
Recommended to buy if you'll manage to find any... They are hot now

I read on internet that cold wallet are indeed the most secured wallet.
Trezor and Ledger wallet are the most reliable ones according to their advertisement

The person above my thread gave a good answer. The only 100% safe wallet = hardware wallet.
If you are looking for a web wallet then I would recommend myetherwallet
