I use MEW/Parity for casual transactions and tokens but if you want real security use a Ledger Nano S, it's amazing.
Are there any reviews on different wallets? Does anyone read smth like that? Any articles of smth?

it is very safe in my opinion
It is not recommended to keep your funds on an exchange. There are some cases that they get hacked. I recommend MyEtherWallet.com (MEW), it is considered trustworthy and fine to use. It is very convenient because you do not have to download the entire blockchain to use it. Ledger Nano S is also I wanna recommend. It is a hardware USB device that will secure your private keys. But if you lose the USB device, you'd better have backed up the seed phrase or else your ETHER is gone.
FYI, Jaxx and myehterwallet are almost the same in the sense that they are both online wallets. Both are prone to all the attacks online wallets are susceptible to.
If you are looking for a more secure way to keep your ETH safe, then a hardware / offline wallet is the way to go. That way, you lose your ETH if you lose your hardware wallet in real life and then it is your own damn fault. At least it wasn't stolen by some teenage hacker who will use your money to buy porn subscriptions.

I think that the best way to save your computer is air gapped computer without a network card at all. if you have an old computer pull out the network card and reinstall it completely. install linux on it and then on other computer download MyEtherWallet and move it with disc on key.. then use the MEW from there. go to myetherwallet site and click send offline transaction, it is very easy to send transactions offline so your priv key never expose to the internet. safes way.. you can never know when the ledger or trezor will be hacked.

Creating a offline keystore - storing it on two different USB's in two different locations - both password protected
I am using https://www.myetherwallet.com and I think it is safe.
I also use the same wallet, some safe coins are stored there.especially ICO coins. I keep it for several months.
but must be alert with fishing, and keep the private key in a safe place.
Use a paper wallet with an offline printer ( also erase the memory of the printer) if you just want to hold for the next years
Otherwise buy a ledger nano or a trezor, they are worth the money ( you also can trade on etherdelta with your ledger nano which is pretty cool).

Comparing to BTC online wallets myetherwallet is safe and legit. But beware of phishing sites and use adblock. Google may shamelessly spam it everywhere. Also ledgers should be good. I don't have any of them but video overviews on youtube are promising.

All wallets can be possibly have security problems if you do expose their keys but i dont see any problems regarding on using Trezor or Ledger since these hardware wallets i do believe are the safest one on storing your coins i dont know what you are meaning on here saying on ETH ico's been using since i do believe they are commonly using online wallet like myetherwallet.com for sure. Most people who have their ETH tokens, use myetherwallet to store the ICO tokens. It is one among the best wallets out there to store ETH and tokens built on the ETH platform. Other than this Coinbase can also be used to store the ETH coins. They have an online wallet as well as an app that can be downloaded on our smartphones. We can keep a track of our coins from our phones if we the coinbase wallet app installed in our phones.

Trezor should become a recommended choice for you as long as you can keep your hardware wallet safely, But jaxx seems to be another alternative way to make your smartphone as the wallet to the ethereum or the token in the ethereum platform, but hardware wallet will become the number one.
