I was watching a video about this topic on YouTube recently too. And I found out that many successful people actually have some habits in common. If you ask, what about me? It is really difficult to answer. Because I am yet to consider myself as a success Grin So, not very much to learn from me. But there were times I was really productive. And I think waking up and sleeping early, as simple as it may sound, was largely responsible for that.

Of course most successful people like sports and meditation,I also like sports and meditation.I always exercise everyday morning 1 hour physical and mental wellness can be felt at least once a day in sports and meditation very important for good health.

In my country, most of the people who participate in the sports come from “stars”, but meditation I think is what we all need, because it is an important process to improve our knowledge and solve problems!

I also like sports and meditation, I always exercise every afternoon. push up 20x, run around the reservoir and climb down the stairs several times. I think exercise is the health key so it's not just rich people who need exercise but everyone needs exercise if they want to be healthy.

Agree with you,everyone need it, but now a lot of people are very lazy. Can you tell us more about your experience in meditation and about consequences?

What are your habits that have allowed you to succeed?

I very often read literature that associated with the biography of truly rich people, and often meet  their similar habits.
For myself, I compiled a list of useful habits that helped to be a compassionate person.
So:
1. Planning - setting goals for the week, month or year. Excellent motivation for every day. When the assigned goal is achieved, you have a sense of self-surrender and a motivation to go further.

2. The right social circle - acquaintance and communication only with people who can make you better. Ignore  people who pull you down.

3. Make better your body  physical condition   - physical exercise, fitness, running, yoga. According to the most successful people this factor plays a very big role in human life. This helps keep the mind clean and the body in good condition.

4.
Meditation - this factor for me is on the stage of learning, but as practice shows, it helps many people turn their minds and thoughts on the right way, after which the work capacity of a person increases in times!

5. Another habit is to get up early - as surveys have shown, most successful people get up early, in order to make their day more productive.

After trying to follow these rules by myself,  I really like my current result.  Grin
I am constantly engaged in the gym and communicate with the right people, thereby  I got into the crypto-currency world, where I filling myself very happy.

I think that it would not be bad to share your opinion about my words and so to tell about YOUR little secrets that bring  you great results.
