Well right now I would go for nitrogen, not just for e-sports but for all sports in general. They are the sports book I normally recur to place all my bets right now. My only concern with them is that the withdraws sometimes take a bit of time to complete, but I never had any problems with them, so besides that I have no complains. Their support system works well for me, and the odds are normal.
Looks like nitrogensports is the most popular and that's what I'm about to suggest. But for now I'd like to gamble with items with Dota 2 matches.

But I just found out about pinnacle and there is a huge following here of their customer base as well.
I did not know if they offered bets for esports.
So I checked and they do!
