What is the most money you have ever lost in one session? could be land base casino or crypto casino.

mine was $200,000 on Stake.com 2 weeks ago

This is indeed a huge amount of money especially when converted to my country's currency (Naira), loosing this amount of money shows that you take too much risk when it comes to gambling, no matter the value of your currency to USD, the is a large amount of money. Besides it's not advisable to display your financial info online a hacker might be around the corner observing and trying to break through you security.

If there is one thing I would like to forget, it would be all the losses that I have inquired in gambling be it on a single session or accumulative play sessions. For me, remembering your loses on a single session just makes the whole idea of playing gamble as fun a little bit harder than it is because whenever you actually want to play the grief of those losses keep playing in your head.

For your own money that you have lost , the amount is truly crazy and I don't think if I ever lost that kind of amount on a single, I can be able to live with myself although maybe the you have more than this that's why you are confident in even showing or remembering it.

You sound like someone going through a lot by the effect of gambling, even if you have not made such a huge loss in a single session, your bitter sound shows that you have made some huge losses too based on your own financial situation. Gambling losses don't have to be generally a huge sum before it affect our life to grief seriously, your grief is based on your financial situation.

I haven't made much losses in gambling reason being that, I gamble not because I want to win a very huge amount, but because I want to just test the result of my knowledge in sports, in making prediction, I gamble for fun.

I don't know how true it is, but that's really a big amount of money. Why should you gamble with that amount of money? Don't you think the risk that you took was kind of high? Losing that amount of money is kind of much to me. I just hope losing that amount of money won't have any impact on you. I am a frequent gambler, but I just use a small amount to gamble always. No matter how much I lose, it doesn't affect me in any way because I just use a small amount to gamble. I can't really remember the highest amount I lost on gambling, I don't really take note of things like that.

That's a very unreasonable amount, I'm also quite curious whether that amount is true or not, but well we forget about the numbers and we will focus on discussing why it can happen. If there is indeed someone who has allocated such a large budget in my opinion it is not an ordinary person, I am sure he is one of the millionaires, such an amount could be for my basic needs for several years, and to be honest I also never imagined what if I was in the position of losing with such a large amount, maybe it's no longer stress that I experience even maybe I will try actions that are beyond reason.

Yes, I also think that hopefully that amount doesn't have too bad an impact on his life, and if you look at his statement it seems to be true that the person is not an ordinary person, he is one of the millionaires in my opinion, but even so, I still think it is not a good action and something to be proud of. This incident can be a valuable lesson for all of us, don't look at the amount of money but look at the impact, so of course like you said if you really want to gamble then it's better to allocate an amount that you can be responsible for whatever the final result is, don't expect more because obviously this is just an activity for fun and not at all for earning, so the point is we must remain firm on self-control.

What? You must be some sort of a millionaire. Everyone here was surprised how much money you have lost and that's not even the whole day.
I guess everyone of us here can't afford what you just lost. That amount is way more than what the majority of us here is earning in a monthly basis. It would be a shame of how little our losses in one session compared to yours.
But it's gonna be a different story for you as it won't be a big deal for you. You must have a lot more to burn lol.

woah! $200,000 that's a huge amount for me, even in my bank or gambling account. if you are not a businessman or this amount is also huge for you then, the pain you faced while betting and the result was loss.
it's very ground slipping situation, i had been in that situation but by my small losses.
and my biggest loss of one session was around $200, which was my saving of 1 year. (I know it's small but that was earned by completing surveys and tasks online) my total loss is bigger than this.

Every gambler has big wins and losses. And some of those wins and losses give a gambler the joy of winning and pain of losing. I am not a professional gambler but like to gamble occasionally. I have lost more than I have ever won the biggest win of my gambling life. When I make a deposit I think my money will never come back. But still I love gambling. I can't imagine the amount you've lost. I expect to win from gambling but don't try to over gambling. Last month I lost about $550 even though my deposit was only $200 but in the end I couldn't hold onto my bankroll.
But few people can get that big win and only experience big losses where it will happen that people don't know how to stop gambling after experiencing defeat after defeat. Maybe there are still many of us who still experience big losses in one gambling session so we really have to be able to overcome them by using limits in gambling. If not, we will never change and will continue to experience big losses and the number of losses will be even greater. We will never know how big our wins will be, but our losses will probably be bigger than the wins we can get. But if we can prevent big losses, it will be better for us because we can also save the money as capital to gamble another day.

But in any case, I do believed that even if you have a lot of money, sooner or later if you really that rich and you make a lot of money, that it's better to stop this habit. It might be better if you will just reinvest that kind of money and not just spent it on gambling.
Each person's view is definitely different, perhaps we all view the OP as spending too much money and consider it a bad habit, especially since it burns money so easily even though it can be used for business or investment which is more profitable than gambling which has a high risk of losing all the money, but Maybe there are those who have a different view that gamblers are called real gamblers who dare to spend that much money on gambling.

Yes, even though OP may be a rich person or has a business, it seems like spending that much money to have fun and being burned seems like a huge amount, the soul of a poor person like me cries when I see it, if I were in his position I would probably never be proud of losing that much money or indeed OP is part of a team of casino owners to draw attention to the fact that gambling requires big sacrifices like OP did. it certainly looks ridiculous to poor and lower middle class gamblers.  Grin

That is a freaking huge sum you have lost there but on a side note in Stake that amount in wagered one would be much more than 200.000 dollars and at least you have got to high levels of Platinum which you will get some small benefits in the coming weeks, months and so on,which of course can never make up for that lost amount which as I said is a huge one.

I personally the maximum I have lost in a single session have been some months ago where I lost 1500 dollars which compared to your amount is a ridiculous one yet I never play more than 100-200 dollars a month and for me that is a huge amount lost.

This is ridiculous, loosing upto this amount is much, i don' think that I can afford to have something as big as this for gambling when am quite aware that i can loose everything at once if the game didn't come as expected, though there have been other bets that amount to higher figure than this, mine has been within the range of hundred dollars downwards because i don't use much money on gambling like that, be it land base casino or online gambling casino, i make sire to spend moderately base on what i can afford to loose.

Some people can throw away tens of millions without caring because they have such large wealth. To a Billionaire, a 200k bet is worth absolutely nothing. For us it would be like throwing away 2 dollars. Sure, its money but its not life-changing amounts or even amounts worth crying over.

I do suspect OP to be lying because he did not provide any proof. If he really did lose 200k on stake then he should have the proof to back that up. Otherwise its just bragging about something untrue.

Hard to say whether rich people have gambling problems, but they are only human...
If the OP is in fact rich then despite the fact this amount of money could be small for them it is still a good idea for them to change their behavior, as they stated they lost that amount in a single session, and regardless of how rich a person could be if they keep gambling and losing their money at that rate they will lose 1.4 millions in a single week and 72.8 millions in a year, and only billionaires could endure losing so much money so fast.
It's really hard though even for rich person to stop there gambling addiction. Perhaps because in the first place they have a lot of money to burn just like the OP here and which some of us just imagine to spend that kind of money in gambling. Because for the majority of us, it's a big money that can change our lives for the better, so instead of putting in in gambling, maybe we can just a home for our family.

But in any case, I do believed that even if you have a lot of money, sooner or later if you really that rich and you make a lot of money, that it's better to stop this habit. It might be better if you will just reinvest that kind of money and not just spent it on gambling.

The deposit money was the most important one for the gambler to take the big risk in the game.If the gambler made the deposit of 20$ like you said,he never go for the big bet in the game. All his betting amount is like below 1$ per bet.If the gambler want to enjoy the full game in the gambling,it’s better to use the big deposit minimum of 100$ in to the gambling. You also use the dice for the auto run option with the minimum deposit like the 20$ into the gambling. If you made the deposit of 20$ for 5 times,it won’t add to 100$ in a short period of time.So you can make this way for the minimum loss in the gambling game, but for the better win you should build an unique strategy.
It is still possible. It can be that they can afford it, or they will do it in hopes of recovering their previous losses quickly. For those who don't want to take big risks, this is where they can bet lower amounts or deposit lesser than 20$. This is also a way to enjoy the game more and not the other way around. Dice isn't the only game that has an auto-run option but almost all casino games has this.

I only don't use it often because it kills the fun factor, but it is useful if you are hunting something which can take a long time to find, and it helps you to multi-task. 5 times $20 is $100. The only way it won't add to $100 is if you won on some of your $20 deposit, making you not deposit again.

Holy hell! Any chance you want to sign up for a new account using my referral link? LOL

That’s crazy man. Please gamble more responsibly, unless you’re worth like 100 million dollars in which case have your fun. For me, losing that amount of money would probably cost me some sleep. I wouldn’t even consider doing it, but I’m not much of a gambler.

Hey...cut that shit out!!! That's definitely not your kinda fortune okay??.. you lost 200 grands on gambling at once ?? Is you okay with that?
BTW, your name sounds really hilarious... Looks like a guy from a thrill- horror movie, on pants, handling a chainsaw for whatever brutal purpose lol... well that's by the way.

I've not gotten any direct experience tho, but I've been in a situation where I had to beg the man to stop wagering 'em funds, even though I knew it was to the benefit of my local casino stall.. that's how bad it was

Are you serious? $200k is a huge amount. I'm just a small level gambler. My biggest loss in one night was $600 and that was a long time ago.

I'm curious, what games did you play to spend $200k? what is a slot machine? Are you okay after spending this much money? If you attach proof of playing, betting, or proof of deposit, maybe we will really believe and sympathize with your losses.
Probably he’s not okay which is why he opened this topic. The amount he lost is indeed big but we do have different financial capacity and tolerance. I lost $1.2k within a day way back 2018 ‘coz I was too greedy that time. i’ve lost from slots seeking for that jackpot. Fortunately that wan’t my last money and was able to make a comeback of my losses since I started to limit myself from betting too much than what I can really handle. I do now gamble efficiently, meaning with extra care and awareness of how things do tend to happen especially with things wherein luck is the bottomline. There’s no need for him to attach I guess ‘coz the sole reason is to just open this topic out of nowehere and learn things again and again.

Wow! That's a lot of money that you gambled OP. I will never go that far into gambling and I don't think I have the guts to spend that much of a money. If I would ever do that, my wife will probably kill me afterward.
$40 is my worst loss in a week of sessions and thats because I kept on chasing the losses although I should not to. Don't make one more mistake after another, it will just make matters worst.
Maybe you are rich. I would not dare do what you did and I don't have the courage to do so. I've got so many different investment ideas and I would probably just use what you spend on those and make money coming monthly through rents. That is right, my plan is on real estate and I have seen a lot of units where I will buy so it will go there if I have that much money and will earn passive income for my gambling habit.

I don't know if it's just your feelings or not but I'm definitely impressed with your mindset and precautions, you only put a budget that you can afford to lose on each of your gambling, it looks better and I think it should be like that. Whoever it is (gamblers) whether they are beginners or even those who are quite addicted, basically the first thing they should pay attention to is in terms of budget, try to put the amount that matches your income, or I mean only 5% of 100% of your income, with that I think your involvement in gambling will not deepen and obviously you will not lose large amounts like those who are already addicted.

It seems like that, we can find out what they really want through the number of their big losses, and of course if the loss is big enough then I can conclude like your statement that maybe the OP or whoever is looking for a big jackpot, but unfortunately luck is not on their side so they end up tragically and lose. Honestly, I also can't imagine what if I lost that much, maybe I didn't eat for a few days. Yes, I agree, it's better to allocate your money for other things that are more promising and guaranteed than gambling which in fact the final answer will only make you disappointed.
Not only is it smart to save only the money you can afford to lose, but it also demonstrates responsible gambling. Someone with this kind of mentality can avoid going too far and suffering unfavorable outcomes. Budgeting is a great way to take a measured and careful approach to things that can be harmful.

Furthermore, its interesting to read how you interpret the connection between significant losses and the quest for a jackpot. All gamblers have experienced the inevitable disappointment that follows such losses. Its depressing to consider the effects of such a loss on day-to-day existence. It makes sense to support a move toward investments that are more guaranteed.

Budgeting money should be one of the things that every gambler should pay attention to, because obviously it affects the final result of their gambling session, if only they save money with an amount that they cannot accept if they lose then yes when the defeat comes they will definitely be emotional and upset and this is the beginning of you will be trapped from greed by always chasing losses and after that you will really enter the addiction phase. The budget allocation factor will be able to help you to be a responsible gambler with whatever results will occur at the end of the round.

Of course that makes sense, right? Because obviously if they come just for entertainment then I think they won't suffer such a big loss, and well one of the reasons that makes sense is that they come to look for a big win by bringing big capital but in the end it doesn't match expectations. From this alone we can actually distinguish about which gamblers come for entertainment and which gamblers come to earn. It is true, all gamblers must have experienced disappointment in their gambling involvement, no matter what their goals are, and with this we can confirm that gambling is nothing more than luck so there are always those who are down because of defeat.

In my case, I don't remember exactly what was the most money I've ever lost in a single section, but if I were to convert it into bitcoin with the current exchange rate I would say it was more than $100 and I'd definitely prefer not to make that exchange. Because it was a few years ago that I made bets when I didn't know anything about sports betting, looking back I wonder how I was so naive to make that type of bet. I didn't do any analysis, I didn't try to find out any information about the team, so I just kept making bets based on luck. I looked at the value of the odds and bet on the favorite teams and the result and that I would lose money

Fortunately, before I stopped betting I was lucky enough to get two bets right and with that I recovered all my money that I lost and then I stayed away from gambling for years and only came back after I already knew how to analyze the games. Of course, even now I have also lost a lot, but at least it is still very different from the past. In any case, putting a lot of money into a bet that even if you won you wouldn't win much and in a few games, something like 1 or 2 losing games, would make you lose everything, it's not worth it. I hope the money you lost was on a very high odds bet
