The F1 championship leader will get confirmation on Thursday (25th August) and if Hamilton does suffer a required engine change he will be given at least a 20-place grid penalty.

In Gp of Spa Belgium , usually , it is very likely that it rains and this can give unpredictability of the race and so it's a risk to bet already on a winner. It is better to wait and see what the weather conditions.
If it does not rain , and Hamilton will start behind the penalty ,obviously the favorite to win is Rosberg
