Yeah it's possible what software are you using? If you're running core I'm not sure of how you do it (it'll be done in the console generating a raw transaction) but if its electrum. Then I've done it with that wallet and its pretty straightforward.

I have a wallet with 1 BTC (WALLET #1) and another wallet with some satoshi (WALLET #2) and would like to transfer the 1 BTC as a whole to a third party (WALLET #3)

Is it possible to program a transaction moving 1 BTC from wallet #1 to wallet # 3 and use wallet #2 to pay for the transaction?

All three wallets are Legacy, non segwit.
