He asked me for a photo id though after agreeing to sell me 100 coins... after 60 he requested the id. First I heard of such a request. Since I refused to provide a photo ID, he refused to sell me the rest of the coins. Saying that only a scammer would refuse to send a photo ID... yeah right. So, got my coins but, if you want a large quantity, make sure you ask him if you will need anything else, because he won't tell you up front. Coins came fast too... so, overall a good experience. Just a little aggravated at this lack of communication. Oh well.
