Just for you to know, I happened to be lazy, posting here again for I have seen that the other reputed users of this local has already came back. So I will be just in the shadows once again. I will be just a quiet Source and do my work silently. I strongly believe that those reputed members is already enough on bringing you some confidence to be alive here in our local, I just did whatever I can when they have taken a slight vacation on cleaning and keeping this local alive.

So far, I can see that this local board is already alive but as @theyoungmillionaire has said, we have already come to our Second Phase of Challenge. And also through DarkStar_'s effort I think you all should have do your part wisely and neatly not just because of Merits are there, but the concern for our Board. Merits is just an award for your efforts but not all efforts deserves it, but don't be an asshole crying for Merits. Just do the work and make a contribution for this Board, Merits will just come to you.

A big example of these are @crwth and @yazher, just look on their profiles. You would be seeing what I mean. Good Day to all.

We are all Filipinos here but we don't have the same opinion on a subject matter, it's nice to see that you guys express your opinion, but be always on topic, personal attack or out off topic replies would not help.

Yes, @theyoungmillionaire will be a great merit source here in local board, however, he/she has no intention to be one of the merit source, as you can see her/his reply in @crwth 's application. If @theymos needs new staff, we're sure that @theyoungmillionaire will hopefully be one of them, reputation building as a silent hero is very difficult to achieve a humble one.


Active or not active ang isang merit source, may record ang mga staff/admin niyan if efficient pa ba ang member sa pagiging merit source sa isang section/board. We shouldn't question them if they're doing their best as a merit source, nakikita naman natin yan sa merit summary and let the higher ups do the judgment. Kaya kalmahan niyo lang, this thread is not self-moderated, @Wyvernn if you want something to spill about @cabalism13, then it's not the right thread to rant like that. Respect each other guys.

I'm active mate. Its just that I run out of sMerits to spend on the very 2nd day of me, being a source. I didn't get quite Merits for quite some time now, for I haven't been seeing such trolls at the moment 😂

For what I know we have a merit source which is cabalism13. His last merit sent was May 30 this year.

How do you all feel about the amount of merit distribution in this local board? From what I see it doesn't seem like you guys have a very active source?

It's good statistics though pero binali ko pa yung ulo ko to view the graph.  


Yung dating dashboard ni DdmrDdmr ang ginagamit ko rin para makita yung merit network ng members dito sa Pilipinas kasi gumawa rin ako ng related topic about sa mga top senders ng merit dati dito sa PH. Mas better kung itong dashboard, para mas madali makita ang mga leading merit senders and receiver dahil kumpleto na. Also, maganda if simula sa umpisa nung implementation ng merit system dito hanggang ngayon, para makita yung mga changes sa bawat profile, especially yung iba dito na nagrank up through merits, makikita nila na posible pala and will serve as motivation to others.

Nararapat lamang na deserving talaga yung mabibigyan ng merit yung talagang may knowledge o magandang aral na makukuha ang makakabasa.

Ibigsabihin lang din nito na marami sa mga post ng ating mga kababayan na deserve na mabigyan ng merit.  Sana maging active pa lalo ang local thread natin gaya ng dati pansin ko lang kasi nagiging active lang to paminsan minsan lang.

Sana maupdate ito kahit once a week or once a month lang para malaman namin ang pinagkaiba at gaano karami ang nakatanggap ng merit at nabigyan dito sa local thread natin.

Nice info OP, sana lang etong list na ito e mas tumaas pa over the next few months di dahil sa mapataas lang kundi mapagtuunan pa natin ng pansin ang local board na mabigyan ng pansin para gumawa ng magandang topics at the same time makapag distribute ng merits for those post na deserve mabigyan.

Bilib ako sa gumawa ng graph na to kung saan madali nating makikita ang mga namimigay at nakakatanggap ng mga merits dito sa ating local board. And then I realized di pala ako talaga aktibo dito kaya di ako kasali sa listahan. Sana maging invitation ang post na to para sa lahat ng Pinoy sa forum na makiisa at sumali dito sa Pilipinas board. Sa quality post dapat yan, aanhin mo ang dami ng merit kung wala namang magandang post na karapat dapat bigyan ng merit?

Base sa data, masasabi ba natin na may sapat ng merit na umiikpt sa lokal natin? Pasensya na at hindi ako masyado kagalingan sa pag-analyze ng mga ganyan.

Sa mapapansin niyo na January 24,2019 to May 24, 2019 pa lang ang nanjan na data dahil sinubokan ko muna ung sa data ni theymos na 120days lang pa pwede.
