No one have the balls to take the world cup away from Qatar. They won the 2022 hosting rights after openly bribing the voters. Till now close to 3,000 laborers have died during the construction of these stadiums in Doha and the other cities (mostly Nepalis). But Qatar is the richest country in the world, and no one is going to speak anything against them.

2.Increased civic pride and community

4.Help in breaking down social barriers to participation and high performance by both women and young people.

I think it's ok to move the 2018 world cup, but not to Brazil. The last world cup held in Brazil, so why don't we move it to another country? So many perfect country with good field and good football like Italy, France, England, spain, Japan, China etc. Give another country a chance to be a home of world cup.
